The path of a charged particle moving in a uniform steady magnetic field cannot be parabola why??

Charged particle is undefined. It might have a huge mass, and a tiny charge, and also be subjected to a huge gravitational field.

Under such circumstances, its path might be close to parabolic, if the field was uniform.

If however, and you have not specified, you are talking about something like an electron, , then the trajectory will be a spiral, with the axis of the spiral aligned with the magnetic field, and the diameter of the spiral decaying along its path.
