SoluTion :-

\sf {Area\ of\ circle = \pi r^{2}}\\\\\\\sf {962.5 = \frac{22}{7}\times r^{2}}\\\\\\\sf {6737.5 = 22\ r^{2}}\\\\\\\sf {306.25 = r^{2}}\\\\\\\sf {r =\sqrt{306.25\ m}}\\\\\\\sf {r=  17.5\ m}

Radius of path = 17.5 + 3.5 = 21 m

\sf {Area\ of\ pool\ and\ path= \pi r^{2}}\\\\\\\sf {= \frac{22}{7} \times 21 \times 21}\\\\\\\sf {= \frac{9702}{7}}\\\\\\\sf {= 1386\ m^{2}}

\sf {Area\ of\ path}\\\\\\\sf {\rightarrowtail 1386 - 962.5}\\\\\\\sf {\rightarrowtail 423.5 m^{2}}
