There should be an Act to stop the use of cigarettes and person using them illegally must be arrested.
The smoke released in cigarettes not only causes cancer to victim who is smoking, the smoke released in air causes huge air pollution and spoils the health of other Person who breathe the smoke.
Since public health spoils by cigarettes, they must be banned.
