The pencil has a shadow. Is the pencil plague or transparent?

we can't say whether the pencil is plague or transparent because according to astronomics the invisible bodies in the space which is associated in

lunar and solar eclipses namely raagu and keathu. Here though raagu is invisible it reflects its shadow on a small part of the earth.

BUT here the pencil is plague according to real life.but also if it is made up of uv rays it may has a shadow but the body of the pencil may be transparent.
