In my opinion what the government did was correct because earlier 72 people were sitting in a compartment and now the numbers have been reduced so as maintain social distancing. Hence the prices of ticket have to be increased or else the government will run short of money which can result inflation of the rate of Rupee.

If the government does not have money how will it run the government? So it has to keep a minimal balance.
