Δm * 100 /m = 2

Δv * 100 / v = 3

KE = 1/2 m v²

ΔKE / KE = Δm/m + 2 Δv/v

ΔKE*100/KE = Δm*100/m + 2 Δv *100 / v
                   = 2 + 2 * 3 = 8 %

So the maximum error is 8%
