percentage error in resistance R = V/I
R = 3/2= 1.5 %

Hey

According to Ohm's law,
V = IR
Where R is resistance of wirr,
I is current flows through wire ,
V is voltage or potential difference .

For finding error in R , we have , ∆R/R = ∆I/I + ∆V/V
Means, % error in R = % error in I + % error in V

Here given, % error in I = 2%
% error in V = 3 %
∴ % error in R = 2% + 3% = 5%

Here, answer is 5%
