% error in mass = 2 %

% error in acceleration = 3 %

We know that ,

F = ma

So ,

 \boxed{\tt{\frac{ \Delta F}{F}  =  \frac{ \Delta m}{m}   +  \frac{ \Delta a}{a}} }

Thus , the percentage error in force will be

 \tt \mapsto 2 + 3

\tt \mapsto 5 \: \%

The percentage error in force is 5 %
