the high blood pressure increases the speed of flow of blood so as the flow increases and the breathing rate increases so the oxygen dissolves in more amount of blood in the same time(due to high flow of blood) and more O2 is delivered☺

the muscles need plenty of oxygen. so heart pumps blood containing glucose and oxygen to the muscles quickly.
