perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

44 = 2(15+b)

44/2 = 15 + b

22-15 = b

breadth = 7cm

area of rectangle = l × b

= 15 × 7 = 105 sq.cm

venkat5543: the ratio b/w length and breadth of a rectangle is 4:3 nd its area is 300 sqmts,then find its perimeter

venkat5543: kkk bye tnq fr solving me some qustions have a nice day mam
Anonymous: dont call mam
venkat5543: u r teaching fr me thats y i call lyk this but ur teaching way is nice that's y i asking u only dnt feel bad plz
Anonymous: l/b = 4/3 let length be 4x and breadth be 3x area of rectangle = l×b = 4x × 3x = 12x^2 but the area is given 300. 300=12x^2 300/12 = x^2 25 = x^2 so x = 5
Anonymous: length = 4x = 4×5=20 breadth = 3x = 3×5 =15
Anonymous: now u can use the formula of perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b) to find answer
venkat5543: gud nyt have a nice sleep

Perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)
=2(15+b)= 44
=30+2b=44
2b=44-30
2b=14
so, b=7

area of rectangle= l*b
= 15*7
= 105 sq. cm

hope it helps..

venkat5543: tnq soo much fr giving me right answer i have more doubts in maths will u clarify me plz
