Here's the answer you are looking for
The perimeter of a circle is 2πr where r is the radius of the circle.And it's area is πr²
If area = perimeter
Then,
2πr = πr²
2 = πr² / πr = r
Therefore, if r is 2units then the area and perimeter of the circle would be numerically equal.
