let the equal sides of traingle be x
then x +X+X = 60
3x = 60
x = 20
then sides are a = 20 ,b =20,c =20
s = A+B+C/2
s= 20+20+20/2
s= 60/2 = 30
Using herons formula
√s(s-a)(S-b)(s-c)
√30(30-20)(30-20)(30-20)
√30×10×10×10
√3×10×10×10×10
100√3
hope it helps:)

the perimeter of that /\=60m
(because it's an equilateral triangle its one side will be equal to 60/ 3)
one side = 20m
semi perimeter = 20+20+20/2
=30m
area of a triangle according to Herons formula = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
= √30×10×10×10
=173.205m^2
(because it's an equilateral triangle its one side will be equal to 60/ 3)
one side = 20m
semi perimeter = 20+20+20/2
=30m
area of a triangle according to Herons formula = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
= √30×10×10×10
=173.205m^2
