To find:- Area of the four walls or CSA of the room.

Solution:- We know that the CSA of a cuboid:- 2h(l+b)

or:- hx2(l+b)

Also, 2(l+b)= Perimeter of the rectangle. So,

CSA of Room:- hx40

:- 4x40

:- 160m^2
