2 ( Length + Breadth ) = 24

Length + Breadth = 24/2

Length + Breadth = 12m

And,

Height of room = 3m

Therefore,

Area of four walls = 2( l + b ) × h

= 2 (12) × 3

= 24 × 3

= 72m
