Perimeter of kite=82cm

let \: the \: sides \: of

kite = xxyy

It is given that:-

2x=y-4

2x+4=y

So,

Perimeter of kite=x+x+y+y

82=x+x+y+y

=>82=x+x+2x-4+2x-4

=>82=6x-8

=>82+8=6x

=>90=6x

=>90/6=x

:.15cm=x

y=2x-4

=>y=2×15-4

=>y=30-4

:.y=26cm

The sides of kite are=

26cm,26cm,15cm,15cm.
