HEY!!!

HERE'S YOUR ANSWER

Perimeter = 104cm

Let the sides of the parallelogram be a and b

a= side

b= base=a+8

Perimeter= 2(a+b)

104= 2(a+a+8)

104/2 = 2a+8

52- 8 = 2a

a= 44/2

a= 22cm

b=a+8=22+8

b= 30 cm

I HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL!!!
