Let the required quadrilateral be ABCD
Given that one of side is longer than 10cm
Let AB =xcm, BC=x+10
Opposite sides of parallelogram are congruent
AB =CD=xcm
BC=x+10cm
Now, perimeter of parallelogram =140
AB+BC+CD+AD=140
X+X+10+x+X+10=140
4x+20=140
4x=140-20=120
X=120/4=30
X=30cm
AB=30cm,BC=30+30=60cm
CD=30cm,AD=30+30=60cm
