In a llgm opposite sides are equal (llgm means parallelogram)
so let smaller be x
we have greater as x + 10
so perimeter =
$2(x + x + 10) = 140 \\ 2(2x + 10) = 140 \\ 2x + 10 = \frac{140}{2} = 70 \\ 2x = 70 - 10 = 60 \\ x = \frac{60}{2} = 30$
now x = 30 so greater side =
$x + 10 = 30 + 10 = 40$

4x +20 =140
4x= 140 -20
= 120
x =120 / 4
=30
