\bf\huge{ANSWER}

Let one side of the parallelogram be x cm and other side be ( x + 10 ) cm .

Perimeter = 140 cm

____________________________________________

\rm\longrightarrow 2(x+x+10)=140\\\\\longrightarrow 2(2x+10)=140\\\\\longrightarrow 4x+20=140\\\\\longrightarrow 4x=140-20\\\\\longrightarrow 4x=120\\\\\longrightarrow\bf x=30

____________________________________________

The sides of the parallelogram are 30cm and 40cm .
