Let one side of the parallelogram be x
Then other side is x+10.
Given
2x + 2(x + 10) = 160 \\ 4x + 20 = 160 \\ x = \frac{160 - 20}{4} = 35
Therefore, sides are 35 & 45

yaarokkkk: how 45 comes
BEJOICE: 35 + 10
