$160 = 2(2x + 10)$

$160 = 4x + 20$

$160 - 20 = 4x$

$4x = 140$

$First \: Side = x \\ = 35 \: cm$

$Second \: Side = (x + 10) \\ = (35 + 10) \\ = 45 \: cm$
