The perimeter of a parallelogram is 20. If the length of one side is 6, what is the length of the side adjacent to it?

LET THE LENGTH OF ADJACENT SIDE BE x

2x+(6×2)=20

2x+12=20

2x=20-12

2x=8

x=8/2

x=4

So,the adjacent side of parellelogram is 4.

solving for b

b=p/2-a
