Answer :

The sides of the parallelogram are 51 cm, 68 cm, 51 cm and 68 cm.

Step-by-step explanation :

Given, the perimeter of a parallelogram is 238 cm.

And the ratio of two adjacent sides is 3 : 4.

Length of four sides = ?

Since, we know that the opposite sides of the parallelogram is equal.

So, the ratios of the sides can be written as 3 : 4 : 3 : 4.

Let the ratios be 3x, 4x, 3x and 4x.

⇒ 3x + 4x + 3x + 4x = 238

⇒ 14x = 238

⇒ x = 238 / 14

x = 17

Now sides,

3x = 3 × 17 = 51 cm

4x = 4 × 17 = 68 cm
