In a parallelogram opposite sides are equal.

ratio of adjacent sides=2:3

let the common ratio be v

perimeter =sum of all sides= 2v +2v+3v+3v=60cm

10v=60cm

v=6cm

base=3v=6×3=18cm

height = 5cm

area = base ×height

18×5=90cm^2
