As we know that :

The perimeter of Parallelogram

$2(a + b) \\ \\ where \: a \: and \: b \: are \: sides \: of \: the \: parallelogram$

Now, according to the question :

$2(12 + b) = 60 \\ \\ = > 12 + b = 30 \\ \\ = > b = 30 - 12 \\ \\ = > b = 18 \: cm$

So, the other side of Parallelogram will be 18 cm.
