then,

long side =(x+15) cm

Now, we know that

perimeter of parallelogram 140 cm

2x+(x+15)=140

x+x+15=70

2x=70−15

2x=55

x=255

x=27.5 cm 

One side =27.5 cm

long side =27.5+15

long side =42.5 cm
