the perimeter of a parallelogram is 88 cm & one of its adjacent sides is longer than the other by 10 cm. Find the length of its sides.. please give me the real answer NO SCAMING ...

Answer:

let one side be X cm then other side will be X - 10 .

it is a parallelogram therefore the two opposite sides will be equal &perimeter is sum of all sides therefore X + X +X-10 + X-10 = 280

or 4 X = 280+20 = 300

Therefore X will be 300 / 4 =75

One side will be 75 cm Therefore other side will be 75 - 10 = 65

if we add 75 + 75 + 65 + 65 we get 280 which is perimeter given in the question.....
