Answer:

Radius of quadrant  =  7/2 cm

Perimeter of quadrant = length of arc +(2× radius)

=(1/4×2πr)+2×7/2

​ =(1/4 ×2×22 /7 ×7/2 )+7

= 11/7 +7

=5.5+7

=12.5 cm
