angle of quadrant = x=90
length of the arc= l cm
radius =r =3.5 cm

l = x/360* 2πr
= 90/360 *2*22/7* 3.5
=1/4*22
=11/2 cm

perimeter of the quadrant = l+2r

= 11/2 +2*3.5
=5.5+7
=12.5 cm
