Let width of rectangle be x

length , y = 2x + 15

Perimeter = 210 m

According to the question,

 =  > perimeter = 2(y + x)

 =  > 210 = 2(2x + 15 + x)

 =  > 210 = 2(3x + 15)

 =  > 210 = 6x + 30

 =  > 210 - 30 = 6x

 =  > 6x = 180

 =  > x = 30

Width = 30m

Length = (2 × 30) + 15 = 60 + 15 = 75m

Hope this answer helps you ^_^ !

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Perimeter = 210 metres

Length = 15 metres more than double the width

Let, width be 'b'

length be 'L'

= 15 + 2b

= 2(L + b) = 210

=2( 15 + 2b + b ) = 210

=2( 15 + 3b ) = 210

=30 + 6b = 210

=6b = 210 - 30

=6b = 180

=b = 180/6

=b = 30

= width = 'b' = 30metres

= length = 15 + 2b

= 15 + 2* (30)

= 75 m
