so according to conditions

perimeter of rectangle = perimeter of square

2( l +b ) = 4 a = 160

a = 160 / 4 = 40 m

2(l +b ) = 160

l +b = 80 m

Now area of rectangle = Area of square - 100

l × b = a² - 100

l ×b = (40)² - 100

l × b = 1600 - 100

l×b =1500

l +b = 80

solving these both equations

length = 50m and breadth = 30m
