perimeter of rectangle = perimeter of square

2(15 +34 ). = 4 × side

2 × 49 = 4 × side.

98 = 4 × side

98/4 = side

24.5 cm = side

area of rectangle = l × b

= 15cm × 34 cm

= 510cm²

area of square = 24.5cm × 24.5cm

= 600.25cm²
