Perimeter=2(l+b)
100=2(35+b)
100/2=35+b
50=35+b
50-35=b
b=15

Area=l X b
=35 X 15
=525

Given :-

Perimeter = 100 cm

Length = 35 cm

To Find :-

Area

Solution :-

We know that

Perimeter = 2(l + b)

Let the breadth be b

100 = 2(35 + b)

100 = 70 + 2b

100 - 70 = 2b

30 = 2b

30/2 = b

15 = b

Now,

Area = l × b

Area = 35 × 15

Area = 525 cm²
