The perimeter of a rectangle field is 260 feet . The length of the field is 10 feet more than twice the width of the field. What is the length of the field?

then length of this rectangle field is (2X+10)feet

Now, 260= 2{X+(2X+10)}

=>260= 2(3X+10)

=>260= 6X+20

=>6X=240

=>X= 40.

Hence, it's length is 2×40+10=80+10=90feet.
