Lengh = 24 m

Lengh = 24 mBreadth = 28 m

Step-by-step explanation:

let the breadth be X

length = X+4

perimeter of a rectangle = 2(L+B)

BTP,

=> 2(X+X+4)=110

=> 2(2X+4)=110

=> 4X+8=110

=> 4X=110-8

=> 4X=112

=> X=112÷4

=> X=28

Breadth = 28 m

Length = 28-4 m

= 24 m

Solution:

Perimeter of rectangle = 110 m

Let the breadth = x m

Then, the length = x + 4 m

P = 2(l + b)

A/Q,

110 = 2(x + 4 + x)

Dividing both sides by 2

110/2 = x + 4 + 2

55 = x + 4 + x

55 = 2x + 4

2x + 4 = 55

2x = 55 - 4

2x = 51

x = 51/2

x = 25.5m

Therefore,

  • Breadth = x = 25.5m

Length = x+4 = 25.5+4 = 29.4m
