As per the question,

the perimeter is= 12 1/3 cm

=12×3+1/3cm

=37/3 cm

the breadth is=2 1/3 cm

=2×3+1/3

=7/3 cm

the formula of the perimeter of a rectangle is=2×( length+breadth)

=>37/3 cm=2×( length+7/3 cm)

=>37/3cm/2=length+7/3cm

=>37/6cm= length+7/3cm

=>length=(37/67/3)cm

=>length=(3714/6)cm

=>length=23/6 cm

=>length= 3 5/6 cm (in mixed fraction)
