\sf{Answer}

Perimeter of rectangle =2× length +breadth

Now perimeter is 13

2(2\frac{3}{4} +b)=13

2(\frac{11}{4}+b)=13

\frac{11}{4}+b=\frac{13}{2}

b=\frac{13}{2}-\frac{11}{4}

b=\frac{15}{4}cm

so its length is\frac{15}{4}cm

Answer:

GIVEN :

PERIMETER OF RECTANGLE = 13 CM

BREADTH OF RECTANGLE = 3 / 24 CM

Step-by-step explanation:

TO FIND :

LENGTH OF RECTANGLE = ?

SOLUTION :

PERIMETER OF RECTANGLE = 2 × ( L + B )

13 = 2 × ( L + 3 / 24 )

13 / 2 = L + 3 / 24

( TAKE LCM )

13 / 2 = 24 L + 3 / 24

13 / 2 × 24 = 24L + 3

156 = 24L + 3

153 = 24L

L = 153 / 24

L = 6.375 CM

THEREFORE LENGTH OF RECTANGLE = 6.375 CM
