The perimeter of a rectangle is 130 m.If its breadth is 30 m,find its length and area.

Given:-

Perimeter=130 m

Breadth= 30 m

To find :- a) length
b) Area

perimeter=2(l+b)
130=2(l+30)
130=2l+60
130-60=2l
70=2l

l={\frac{70}{2}}

Length=35 m

Area =Length×Breadth

=35×30
