perimeter of rectangle= 2(L+B)
144= 2(x + x )
144= 2 (2x)
144 = 4x
x = 144/4
x = 38

but in my the answer is coming 1296cm
we have to find area AREA OF RECTANGLE = LENGTH × BREATH = 44×44= 1296
