The perimeter of a Rectangle is 144m. If one of the two adjacent sides is 20m longer than the other side then find the lengths of the sides.

  • perimeter of rectangle-144 m

To find :-

  • other side of rectangle ?

solution:-

perimeter of rectangle - 2(l+b)

-2(l+b)=144

2(l+20)=144

l+20=72

l=72-20

l=52

hence the length of other side of rectangle is 52 m
