( l represents length and b represents breadth )

Given that

perimeter = 161 metres

length      = 1 metres

breadth    = ?

AS,

perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( l + b )

               161 metres     = 2 ( 1 + b )

                   161              = 2b

                  161÷ 2         = b

                     80.5 m     = b

THUS,  THE BREADTH IS 80.5 METRES.
