Answer:

perimeter \: of \: rectangle = 2(l + b)

if one of side is 8x²+3x and perimeter is 16x³-6x²+ 12x+4.

then,

Perimeter \: of \: rectangle=16x^3−6x^2+12x+4

2(l+b)=16x^3−6x^2+12x+4

b=(8x^3−3x^2+6x+2)−(8x^2+3x)

 =8x^3−3x^2+6x+2−8x^2−3x

=8x^3−11x^2+3x+2
