Let the lenght be 5x and breadth be 3x .

Perimeter = 2 ( l + b )

2.64 = 2 ( 5x + 3x )

2.64 / 2 = 8x

1.32 = 8x

x = 1.32 / 8

x = 0.165

Length = 0.825 cm

Breadth = 0.495 cm
