Step-by-step explanation:

Let the breadth of the rectangle be x

Let the length of the rectangle be x+5

Perimeter of the rectangle = 34 cm

2(x)+2(x+5) = 34

2x+2x+10 = 34

4x = 34-10

4x = 24

x = 24/4

x = 6cm

Breadth of the rectangle = x = 6cm

Length of the rectangle = x + 5 = 6+5=11cm
