perimeter of rectangle = 230 m

2 ( length + breadth ) = 230 m

2 ( 70 + x ) = 230 m

140 + 2x = 230 m

2x = 230 - 140

2x = 90

x = 90 / 2

x = 45 m

breadth = 45 m

area of rectangle = Length × breadth

area of rectangle = 70 × 45

= 3150 m^2
