P=2 (l+b) =26
Therefore l+b=26÷2 =13
L= 27÷4=6.75
Therefore b=13-l
B=13-6.75
B=6.25
( all r in cm)
Hope it helps

 Length \: of \: rectangle = 6 \frac{3}{4} cm

Length = 27 / 4 cm

Perimeter = 2 (Length +Width)

=> 26 = 2 ( 27 /4 + Width)

=> 13 = Width + 27 /4

=> Width = 13 - 27 / 4

=> Width = ( 52 - 27) / 4

=> Width = 25 / 4

 Width \: of \: rectangle = 6 \frac{1}{4} cm

Aashi1231: from where does 26 and 13 come??
gaurav2013c: 26 is the Perimeter
gaurav2013c: and when 2 is Transferred to LHS, it will be 26 / 2 = 13
Aashi1231: ohh
Aashi1231: thanks
