Perimeter =260
B=60
260=2(l+b)
130=l+b
L=130-b=130-60=70m
So the length is 70m

let the length be x

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

here, perimeter = 2(50+x)

260/2 =(50+x)'

130=50+x

130-50=x

70=x

then the breadth of rectangle is 60m and length of rectangle is 70 

area of rectangle = length *breadth 

here , area of rectangle = 70*60

area of rectangle = 4200m^2
