Given:-

perimeter of rectangle = 260cm

breath = 52cm

length = ?

let assume the length be x

now your solution mate ,

area of rectangle = length * breath

260 = x * 52

260 = 52x

x = 260/ 52

x = 5

so the length is 5

area of rectangle = 52 * 5

=260 is your answer mate

hope it's help ✌✌

Answer:

Length = 78 cm ; Area = 4056 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(l + b)

⟹ 260 = 2(l + 52)

⟹ 260 = 2l + 104

⟹ 260 - 104 = 2l

⟹ 156 = 2l

⟹ l = 156/2

⟹ l = 78 cm

Area of rectangle = l × b

= 78 × 56

= 4056 cm² ans.
