the perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + b)

26 = 2 (l + 4)

26/2 = l+4

Answer:

The answer is 9 cm. ( Length of the Rectangle )

Given:

Perimeter of the Rectangle = 26 cm.

Breadth = 4 cm.

To Find:

Length of the Rectangle....

Solution:

Let the Length of the Rectangle be x

The Perimeter of the Rectangle = 2 (l + b)

= 26 cm = 2 ( x + 4 )

= 26 ÷ 2 = ( x + 4 )

13 = x + 4

= x = 13 - 4 = 09 cm.

Therefore, the Length of the Rectangle is 9 cms.
