Let lenght be 4x and breadth be 3x,

Perimeter =2(lenght + breadth)

280=2(3x+4x)

280/2 =7x

140=7x

140/7=x
20=x

Breadth =3*20=60m

Lenght =4*20=80 m

Area of rectangle =lenght * Breadth

Area =80*60

Area =4800 m²

I hope this will help you

Let the length be 4x
And breadth be 3x.

Perimeter = 280
2(l+b) = 280
2 (4x+3x) = 280
7x = 280/2
7x = 140
x = 140/7
x = 20

So
Length = 4x
= 4×20
= 80

Breadth = 3x
= 3×20
= 60

Area of rectangle = l × b
= 80 × 60
= 4800
